B&C Controls utilizes a water jet cutter in our manufacturing facility, a technologically superior tool that allows for precise mounting holes on all components and creates a product of top quality. Using a mixture of fine sand abrasive and water discharged from the nozzle at between 40,000 and 55,000 PSI, the machine can cut any design in a variety of materials including plexiglass, stone, and titanium. It cuts within an accuracy of .005” and provides a multitude of finishes. Cutting panel and system components with the waterjet greatly increases accuracy while also reducing production time. We can provide same day delivery to a cut order on customer-supplied material, and deliver within four days when we source the material. Finishing (deburring), tapping, and countersinking of holes can also be provided at an additional cost.
